21. The Purchaser shall pay the Seller right away. If the Purchaser stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, keep shipment of any further Goods to the Purchaser and may terminate, without liability to the Buyer, any or all surviving agreements between the Seller and the Purchaser.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate appropriate on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of items and services tax, unless otherwise specified in writing.
